We will have an Art and Photography exhibition in the Kings Hall which is the culmination of a competition which we are running at the moment (more details below).

It is going to be an afternoon of fun in Charlton Kings and your local Parish Councillors will be in green CKPC high viz jackets in the Stanton Hall, Kings Hall and around the Green CKPC gazebos if you would like to chat to them. We look forward to seeing you there.

How would you like to see your artwork or photograph featured in an exhibition at the Charlton Kings Autumn Fayre, and be in with a chance of winning one of twelve fantastic prizes?

As part of the CK Futures 'We Are Nature' campaign that has been running this summer, we are excited to launch a competition for children and young people. There are four age categories: under 6, 6 – 9 yrs, 10 – 13 yrs and 14 – 18 yrs, in both photography and art.

To enter the competition, we need you to create a piece of art or a photograph that interprets the theme of 'Nature'. The piece of art can be a painting, a collage, a drawing or a sculpture.

All entries will be displayed in the Kings Hall as part of the Autumn Fayre on Saturday 24th September, and a winner and a runner up will be chosen from each age category – for both art and for photography – on the day of the fayre by photographer Claire Westaway.
