Join us for the annual Christmas Fayre and Lights Switch On at Church Piece near the Charlton Kings Library on Friday 1st December 2023, 3pm - 6pm.

🎅🦌 Father Christmas and his reindeers will be waiting to meet you by the Christmas Tree once again with Mrs Christmas and the Christmas Elf ready to say hello too.

🎠 Scarrotts Funfair will provide lots of fun with 2 Carousels, the Fun House and some game stalls to play too.

🤹‍♂️ The Music Man will be walking around meeting the children

👯 Coady Crew will perform dancing in the Kings Hall

🎄 CKJS & CKIS will be leading up the light switch on

🎶 Cheltenham Adult Choir and Louise Johnson Adult choir will be performing throughout the event

🎫 If you feel lucky, do buy a raffle ticket with a chance of winning a lovely hamper and other excellent prizes. Tickets will be on sale just inside the Stanton Hall on the day and all proceeds will go towards funding next year's event.

🛍 We will be hosting a number of local business and craft stalls in the Stanton Hall between 3.00pm and 6.00pm whilst the Christmas Fayre is in full swing on Church Piece.

It's always a fun evening for the whole family so please come along and join us at this free community event.

Once again, we are inviting our Charlton Kings residents to help decorate the Community Christmas Tree. Bring your favorite ornament to adorn the tree from Wednesday 29^th of November afternoon.

This could be a small decoration of your own design or a dedication in memory of someone special. Please make sure your decoration is not too big or we recommend you use weatherproof materials.

Raffle tickets are now available to buy from the Charlton Kings Parish Council office between 10am and 2pm every working day until the Christmas Fayre!They will also be sold at the Fayre on Friday 1st of December.£1 a strip for the chance to win a luxury hamper and other prizes!

The Springbank Community Pantry will have a donation point between 4 and 5:30pm outside Co-op on Church Piece during the Charlton Kings Christmas Fayre.The pantry relies solely on donations from the supermarkets & the general public. Donations always appreciated: Tinned fruit & veg, tinned meat & fish, cereal, long life milk, tea/coffee, biscuits, rice, pasta, sugar, squash, pasta sauces, toiletries, Christmas biscuits & advent calendars.Residents in need of support are able to top up their weekly food shop by making a contribution of £4 & receiving around £15 worth of shopping.
