Working to support our community

Charlton Kings Local History Society

Charlton Kings Local & Family History Society exists to encourage and support research into the history of the people, buildings and happenings of Charlton Kings.
The Society is now in its 41st year and has a large archive and readily assists people here and abroad to build their family histories. Meetings with an outside speaker are held monthly on the third Tuesday at the Baptist Church Hall at 7.30, with a Summer break in June, July and August. An outing to a place of historic interest is held annually, as is a Christmas party. Research Bulletins are issued every year.
