This scheme supports individuals with barriers to employment be it disability; confidence; mental health; language; lack of IT skills; life change; going back to work after raising a family etc. IT supports people into training, volunteering and paid employment and people have a Navigator Developer who works with them on a regular basis to develop CVs, interview skills, confidence and have opportunities for work experience, and gives support with job applications. The Charlton ings area is covered by this scheme.
