- Time: 7 - 8pm
- Location: Planted, London Road, Charlton Kings
Join us to hear about Cheltenham is Growing, a not-for-profit project converting increasing amounts of land across Cheltenham to grow a wide variety of fresh fruit and vegetables for economically disadvantaged people in the local area - to help reduce health inequality and future proof Cheltenham's food supply in the face of changing climate and global conditions.Discover how they are achieving this by turning disused allotments, former church grounds, and community areas into mini market gardens and supporting resident groups to nurture their own growing spaces. Why come along?
- Learn more about this pioneering project, with an opportunity to ask lots of questions
