St Edward's School looks forward to welcoming families to their annual Fireworks Night on Saturday 6th November 2021. Gate opens at 5pm with fireworks at 7.30pm. Admission £5, under 3's free. Tickets are available from the main office at both the Prep and Senior Schools.

The attendance at our Autumn Fayre on Saturday 18th September was record breaking and we must thank everyone who came along to enjoy the afternoon and all of the parish councillors and staff who worked hard to make the occasion such a success. In 2022 the nation will celebrate the Queen's 70th Anniversary as monarch, the first time any British monarch has reached this historic milestone. Celebrations will be held throughout the year, focusing on a four-day Bank Holiday weekend from Thursday 2nd - Sunday 5th June. Allotment holders and their guests gathered in the Stanton Hall on 11th September for the 2021 Awards Ceremony. This year again saw a very high standard across all the sites and the awards were presented by the Allotments Chair Cllr Pat Palmer. Bring your bike along to the Autumn Fayre on Saturday 18th September and get it marked and registered for FREE, at the Grange Field between 2pm and 6pm.
Registering your bike deters cycle thieves and reunites stolen bikes with their owners. This event is organised by the Police Crime Prevention Officers and Neighbourhood Watch Officers in association with Charlton Kings Parish Council.
