Planning applications in the parish are discussed at public meetings of the Planning Committee. These usually take place fortnightly, sometimes every three weeks, at the Stanton Hall in Church Piece. Meetings normally start at 7.30 pm. Agendas are published in the preceding week and are available on our noticeboards and website.

Whilst the Parish Council is a statutory consultee on all applications inside the parish boundary, the decision-making authority is Cheltenham Borough Council.
