What's on in the Stanton Hall?
Contact: email@example.com / 07889809132
Age groups: currently 10-14 year olds (Saturdays 10-11am). From September I am planning to run a 6-9 years group from 11-12 midday (if there is enough interest)
Cost: £7 per session, to be paid termly in advance. We do not meet during school holidays.
Information: Drama Adventures encourages every child to be creative when exploring imaginative worlds, characters and stories. Fun games and exercises are used to teach drama skills, build confidence and develop voice and movement, whilst an ever-growing variety of activities is used to engage children and to nurture trust and teamwork within the group.
Each term we have a new focus, which might be anything from famous explorers to comedy and clowning, stage combat in the wild west or an adapted Shakespeare play. The group prepares a performance to share with parents/carers and families at least once a year.
Classes are led by Gemma Bolwell, a qualified and experienced drama teacher, theatre-maker and performer.
